The coffee shop is well put together and very fancy! Employees are professional and courteous! Coffee price is affordable compared to the atmosphere of the cafe. However, taste was just okay. Nothing special or anything that stood out. I think this a great spot to take pictures and visit for the experience!

A beautiful concept of coffee shop with their store. I am obsessed with the logo and green color theme of the cafe. I tried their chai and it was pretty good. Definitely worth a try as the seating area is such a cute and cozy place to drink coffee or tea.

Came here during a trip to Chicago because it was close to our hotel and I was honestly very impressed. I was expecting the place to be more for the aesthetic over the quality of the food and drinks but I was proven wrong. We didn't have too long of a wait and were greeted by a friendly barista. I ordered a chai latte with oatmilk and it was honestly really good. There was a lot of flavor from the spices and the sweetness level was perfect! My boyfriend got the mocha and it had a bold chocolate flavor and he enjoyed it. Would recommend stopping by.

Ralph's Coffee on Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago is hands down the most aesthetically appealing coffee shop I've visited. Located inside the Ralph Lauren store, the experience is a perfect 10/10, from the warm greeting at the door to the impeccably clean and chic aesthetic. Despite a steady flow of customers, I was in and out in no time. The delicious Chai Tea Latte is just the icing on the cake.

Ralph's coffee has everything -- beautiful interior, good coffee, tasty croissants, and a posh feeling that undeniably attractive. And for being so posh, the servers are some of the FRIENDLIEST EVER!!! So sweet and even remade a drink that was a little too sweet for my mom. I also love their line of dish ware, and had to buy myself a cup and saucer. Ralph's coffee has my heart.

I remember coming to the restaurant as a child with my mom and sister and thinking "this will be the fanciest place I ever eat". The service was amazing back then and the whole experience has stayed with me to this day. When we started planning our first family trip to Chicago, I knew they had a smaller coffee shop attached and was going to bring my mini along. We walked in and stood in line for quite a while, but I was so excited to build memories with her. I ordered a cappuccino and we sat and peopled watched for at least 30 minutes. The coffee was delicious, but the ambiance and experience of it all is really what made it. Such a cute spot to stop for a perfect coffee while you shop for the classic fashion of Ralph Lauren.
